Job responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the project site system, customer confirmation standards, developer real-time policies, sales control situation, etc.:
2. Familiar with the situation of the case, maintain relationships with project sales, and create opportunities;
3. Familiar with project rhetoric, selling points, customer resistance points, familiar with surrounding project situations, and blocking competitor scripts;
4. Responsible for on-site project coordination of channel conversion and customer referrals, and timely communication of customer situations;
5. Promptly release promotional information/notifications, various promotions/broker rewards, and other information related to the project;
Job requirements:
1. High school or above education and major are not limited;
2. Have a high enthusiasm for sales work, have similar work experience, and accept fresh graduates without experience;
