The Guanxiyue project is located at the junction of the three districts of Ziliujing Old City, Da'an District, and Gongjing District, belonging to the traditional old city block, and is located in the urban green zone of "one green heart, two areas, and three groups" in terms of urban layout. The overall planning of the project is about 876 mu, including a construction area of about 376 mu and a park area of about 500 mu. The first phase covers an area of about 81 mu, and is built in a modern style to create a housing ecological benchmark in Zigong.
