Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting the on duty front desk customer service assistant in receiving property owners' visits, accepting decoration applications, and handling various certification businesses;
2. Responsible for departmental internal affairs management and the drafting, printing, and distribution of various documents;
3. Responsible for summarizing and submitting the department's monthly material demand plan and monthly material consumption report;
4. Responsible for the establishment and management of departmental work data files and business records
5. Collect and organize laws and regulations related to property management;
6. Responsible for sending, receiving, and registering letters;
7. Assist the supervisor in preparing relevant statistical reports for the department:
8. Responsible for the collection of project property fees;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
1. Proper facial features, priority given to property management experience, above 160cm
2. Possess affinity, strong communication and coordination skills, and can withstand strong pressure; 3. High sense of responsibility and customer service awareness, strong adaptability, teamwork spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure, hardworking and hardworking
4. Able to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position
